Question 1

Is this keyboard truly silent for open office use?

Accepted Answer

Not exactly. While the linear switches and gasket structure reduce harsh bottom-out noise compared to clicky switches, you’ll still hear a moderate plastic clack on most desks. Many TikTok reviewers recommend adding O-rings or desk mats if you need nearly silent typing. For a dead-quiet office, consider a dedicated silent-switch board.

Question 2

Will the Bluetooth work reliably with my iPad or Android tablet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a small caveat. The keyboard pairs with iOS, iPadOS, and Android over Bluetooth. However, some users on Reddit report needing to re-pair after switching between devices, especially when first setting it up. If you’re juggling multiple devices, keep the manual handy for the first week.

Question 3

How long does the battery last, and can I use it while charging?

Accepted Answer

With RGB off, expect around 2–3 weeks of mixed use. With full brightness RGB, roughly 4–6 days. You can absolutely type while charging via the USB-C cable — many gamers do this to avoid any Bluetooth latency. The battery indicator is on the top row, so you won’t get caught off guard.

Question 4

I’m a Mac user — will the keycaps show the correct symbols?

Accepted Answer

The included keycaps are printed for Windows/Android layout, so the Option and Command keys aren’t labeled. Several buyers swap in custom Mac keycaps or just memorize the mapping (it’s easy: Windows key = Command, Alt = Option). The keyboard itself works perfectly with macOS — only the legends mismatch.

Question 5

Can I use my own Cherry MX or Gateron switches here?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. The PCB supports 3- and 5-pin switches, including Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, and most standard mechanical switches. Pull the switches out with the included tool, pop in new ones — no soldering required. Just be careful with the gasket mount when applying pressure to avoid bending the PCB.
